I am extremely dissatisfied with CoAdvantage’s service. Initially, the service was personal and engaging, but it has become cold and impersonal. Despite being with them for years, I find them uninterested in client relationships, which is disappointing as a paying customer. I was misled about benefits enrollment; despite having the required number of employees, I faced continuous unacceptable excuses, such as being labeled as too rural, resulting in significant overcharging issues totaling around $75,000. This consistent overbilling is frustrating and unacceptable. CoAdvantage has failed to add any value to my organization, offering no additional assistance or useful solutions.
